We shed as we pick up and what we let fall behind will be picked up by those behind

This series addressed the issue of the relationship between people and the landscape, focussing on the mass-produced disposble objects that we use for nothing more than our convenience. 1 million plastic bottles are bought around the world every minute and out of thoses only 7% are made into new bottles, the rest end up in landfill and our oceans. This figure is set to rise by a further 20% by 2021 if we fail to act now. The Earth is suffocating under the rule of mankind and whilst the overall effect of this is baring little impact on the majority of us presently, it is our children and grandchildren that will pay the price for our lifestyle choices.
